Keith Bjerke is the owner and founder of Bjerke Management Solutions, Inc. Since founding the company, Mr. Bjerke has acquired multiple projects with a total value of over $573 Million, including Klyde Warren Park, Southern Gateway Deck Park, CityLine Retail, Commemorative Air Force Museum, Chisholm Trail Ranch Retail Center, and Spring Creek Medical Office Building. Prior to starting Bjerke Management Solutions, Mr. Bjerke served in executive roles for major construction and real estate firms in the North Texas market. Some notable clients include Texas Instruments, Frito Lay/PepsiCo, Nissan, Bank One, The Staubach Company, and the City of Dallas. Mr. Bjerke is a former board member of The Real Estate Council Foundation and is a LEED® BD&C Accredited Professional and member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Mr. Bjerke holds a Bachelors degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University.
